Terms of Service

Effective May 25, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bluelime platform, including the web application at bluelime.ai and the Bluelime Chrome extension (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use Bluelime. The Service is designed for real-estate professionals and teams. By signing up, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@bluelime.ai if you suspect unauthorized access. Bluelime may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or Terms violations.

3. What the Service does

Bluelime provides AI-powered deal underwriting, automated contract preparation, deal-intelligence extraction, and related tools for real-estate acquisitions teams. The Service processes audio, transcripts, property data, and user configurations to generate underwriting analyses, contracts, and related reports.

4. Call recording and consent

Bluelime captures and transcribes audio from your browser tab and microphone only while you have manually started a session. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding call recording and consent in every jurisdiction where you or the person you are speaking with is located. Bluelime records your attestation at signup that you will obtain the required consent for each call. This attestation does not constitute legal advice and does not shift liability for compliance to Bluelime.

5. Pricing and payment

Bluelime uses a prepaid credit model. You purchase underwriting runs and contract sends in advance. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase. All purchases are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect credits you have already purchased.

Trial credits. New accounts receive complimentary trial credits (currently 10 underwriting runs). Trial credits never expire but are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Refunds. Paid credit purchases are refundable within 7 days of purchase, provided the credits have not been substantially consumed. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

7. Intellectual property

Your content. You retain ownership of your call transcripts, property data, and any content you upload. By using the Service, you grant Bluelime a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not use your content to train general-purpose AI models or share it with other customers.

Our content. The Bluelime brand, design, code, documentation, and AI models are owned by or licensed to Bluelime. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the right to use the Service as described here.

8. AI-generated content

Underwriting analyses, prepared contracts, and other outputs generated by the Service are AI-generated suggestions. They are not legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for independently verifying all information and exercising your own professional judgment before relying on any output from the Service.

9. Service availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bluelime’s total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to Bluelime in the 12 months preceding the claim. Bluelime is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost deals, or business interruption.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI outputs may contain errors; use your professional judgment.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bluelime, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your failure to comply with applicable call-recording or consent laws.

13. Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing support@bluelime.ai. Unused paid credits are refundable within the 7-day refund window; after that, they are forfeited. Bluelime may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations with notice, or immediately in cases of abuse or illegal activity. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (liability, indemnification, IP, dispute resolution) will survive termination.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email and reflected by an updated “Effective” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
