Privacy Policy

Bluelime is an AI underwriting and deal-management tool for real-estate wholesalers. This policy explains what data Bluelime collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your data. It applies to the Bluelime web application at bluelime.ai and to the Bluelime Chrome extension.
1. Data we collect
Account information
When you create a Bluelime account or sign in, we collect your name, email address, password (stored as a salted hash), and the organization you belong to. Authentication tokens are stored locally in your browser’s secure storage and on our servers.
Call audio and transcripts
When you manually start a session, the Chrome extension captures audio from the active browser tab (the call you’re on) and from your microphone. The audio is transcribed in real time and used to extract deal details, prepare underwriting, and auto-fill contract fields. We store the resulting transcripts in our database so you can review the conversation later. We do not record audio outside an active session.
Lead and property data
While you’re viewing a lead in your CRM (REsimpli, Go High Level, Salesforce, etc.), the extension reads context such as the property address, the seller’s name and contact information, and any notes you’ve added. When you submit a deal for underwriting, we also fetch comparable-property data and listing photos from third-party real-estate data providers (RPR and RentCast) using your existing accounts with those services.
Usage and configuration
Bluelime stores settings you choose — underwriting parameters (rehab rates, fees, repair factor), notification preferences, and similar product configuration. We do not collect general browsing history; the extension activates only on the CRM and property-data domains listed in its manifest.
Communications you send us
If you contact support, we receive whatever information you choose to share in your message.
2. How we use your data
- To transcribe your calls and extract deal details from the conversation.
- To produce underwriting reports (ARV, CMV, MAOs) for the deals you submit.
- To auto-prepare contracts from the terms discussed on the call.
- To deliver email and Slack notifications when an analysis is ready.
- To authenticate you and keep your session secure.
- To debug, monitor, and improve product reliability.
- To honor your settings and preferences across devices.
We do not use your data for advertising, profile-building, or training general-purpose AI models. Bluelime does not sell user data.
3. Service providers we use
To deliver Bluelime we share data with a small number of vendors who process it on our behalf, under contract:
- Anthropic (Claude AI) — transcripts, photos, and lead context are sent to Anthropic’s API to extract deal details and generate underwriting analysis. Anthropic processes inputs under its enterprise terms and does not use them to train its models.
- Supabase — our managed database and authentication provider, which stores your account, transcripts, and analyses.
- Vercel and Fly.io — the hosting providers that run the Bluelime web app and AI worker.
- RPR and RentCast — real-estate data sources used to fetch comps and property photos when you submit a deal.
- Email provider — we use a transactional email service to send underwriting notifications and account emails.
We disclose data only to these service providers, to comply with legal obligations, or with your explicit consent.
4. Data retention
Account data is retained for the lifetime of your Bluelime account. Call transcripts and underwriting analyses are retained indefinitely unless you request deletion. You can delete individual analyses from the dashboard at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, email support@bluelime.ai.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data Bluelime holds about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@bluelime.ai and we will respond within 30 days.
6. Security
Data is transmitted to Bluelime over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled databases. We follow industry-standard practices to protect against unauthorized access, but no system is completely secure. If we ever discover a breach affecting your data, we will notify you promptly.
7. Children
Bluelime is a B2B tool for real-estate professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Bluelime evolves. Material changes will be announced by email and reflected by an updated “Effective” date at the top of this page. Continued use of Bluelime after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
