Common questions
The Chrome extension isn’t showing up on my CRM page
Try these in order:
- Refresh the CRM tab (REsimpli, Salesforce, etc.).
- Open
chrome://extensionsand confirm Bluelime is enabled. - If still missing, click the extension reload icon and refresh the CRM tab again.
- Make sure you’re signed in — click the Bluelime icon in the Chrome toolbar or the floating icon on the page.
Still not working? Email us with your Chrome version (chrome://settings/help) and a screenshot.
I’m logged out and the side panel keeps showing the login screen
Sign in either from the side panel itself or from the Bluelime icon in the Chrome toolbar. Once your token is stored the panel will return to its normal state. If sign-in keeps failing, check that your account at bluelime.ai/login works in a regular browser tab.
Underwriting got stuck or returned no comps
Check the warnings section at the top of the analysis page — it usually states why (e.g. RentCast coverage gap, address didn’t geocode, no historical sales in radius). If the warning isn’t clear or the analysis is hung past 5 minutes, send us the analysis URL and we’ll dig into it.
How do I delete my data or cancel my account?
Email support@bluelime.ai from the address on your account and tell us what you’d like deleted (specific analyses, all transcripts, the entire account). We process deletion requests within 30 days. See the privacy policy for full details.
Billing, refunds, or subscription questions
Email support@bluelime.ai with “Billing” in the subject line. Include your account email and the invoice or charge in question if applicable.
